The human body is incredibly effecient when given the chance.
The book clearly defines causes and remedies to counteract that
which has been done to it and explains way methods which
lead to a healthy lifestyle.
Our bodies have tremendous 'self healing' capabilities and is
extremely forgiving. When given the chance.
Drugs , cosmetic surgeries, botox, etc are welcome by a society that
is trained/led to believe that loosing ones hair, getting fat, aging
and the like are bad and unacceptible/ugly. The first step to health is
a love for one's self. Forget the notions pounded into us via advertising
that growing old and getting wrinkles constitutes imperfection. I see "Hair Club'
commercials stressing that men that are going bald are a total turn off
to women and it's this propaganda that leads many down the path of botox,
plastic surgery ,etc... they create shame.
I'm 50 and have led a relatively healthy life for over 32 years. I am fortunate
enough to have seen the light and have foresight to ace meat and chemicals way back
when it was considered a 'fad'.
We all are vain to a point, yet I look forward to growing old and wear my grey and wrinkles proudly.
There are natural ways to go that are more effective and 'user friendly' than
injections which in the long run will deteriorate your health and looks.
I drink kambucha regularly and most of my grey hair has gone , one of the benefits. I drink lots of water and swim in the ocean, take steam baths, saunas ,exercise,etc...I use only natural soaps, laundry,skin,dish.. I pass on the dairy, meat, sugar, poison... if one does eat them ,then they really should research eating organic and natural, or even easier , just use common sense. These are usually more 'humane' toward the animal sources as well. I don't 'preach' vegetarianism and the like...I only stress safe, earth friendly and natural.
The book is a great source of knowledge and encouragement. Also consider counseling.
We have a tendancy to see ourselves in a different light than others, a wrinkle the seems like the grand canyon to the owner, may really be nothing at all. Think of who you are really trying to impress in the long run and why.
I was a fat kid and sometimes when I look in the mirror I still see that fat guy.
Sorry if we didn't take you seriously from the beginning...we're a roudy bunch sometimes...
