what is your liquid in your smoothie? Also, are you using the eggs for your protein? If I remember right the egg whites are what contain the protein and if that is right then I do not remember what egg yolk contains.
I have a vegan berry brand powder for protein. I have not made a smoothie in a while because o.j. was giving me challenges...stomach and gas wise.
I have been using the vegand powder in my oatmeal...which also contains flax seed, wheat germ, raisins and real cinnamon (have heard that works to help BP and some other things). It does taste very good. Maybe I should stay with that and find a way to incorporate the raw eggs, someplace else?
