I've been eating raw egg yolks for quite some time now, as well as feeding it to my dog. So far I haven't eaten the egg whites but after reading about this on the web there seems to be differing opinions on the nutritional value of egg whites.
For example Mercola and Vonderplanitz are of the opinion that you should consume the egg white as well as the yolk because the yolk is brimming over with biotin so there is no risk of biotin deficiency.
What was Weston A Price's opinion on this?
Logically it seems only natural to consume both yolk and white. And a lot more cost effective : )
Any opinions on/experiences with this appreciated!
