I'm pretty shy so haven't added anything here but I am an ardent reader of the posts. I just had to share something
neat today. I was at the grocery store and ran into a friend who was raving how good I looked. She asked what I
was doing..I'm not sure I'm ready to tell her but she is right, this old lady looks better than in years. I haven't seen
my friend since before any of my flushes. I've done four now and with everyone I do look better. So hats off to all
of us that have the guts to try this. It works and is a healthy thing to do for our bodies. When we are healthy we
look better. So this is a beauty treatment as well as just a healthy thing for our general health.

I agree with you. I noticed today that the swelling above my eyelids was gone. I have been burdened with puffy eyes

This is a reply to # 76,940I'm in the second week of my parasite cleanse and people are telling me the same thing Loretta. Wow, Tim you look great, wow you're so energenic these days, blah, blah, blah. I feel like that guy in the Via*** tv ad with everybody asking him what he's doing differently. I can't wait to see their reactions after I start flushing.

This is a reply to # 76,942Isn't it amazing how good you look, but more importantly, how you feel! I am sitting here with my Bentonite mask on knowing I am probably going to be late for work. But, the past stress from that feeling is long gone. I am so much at peace now with myself!!

This is a reply to # 76,943....you people haven't read the letter from Paramedic.....this is all great stuff, but it doesn't really work. ;-)
Okay, I'd buy that if the author has done the program, or if I and several friends hadn't all gotten the positive results we did. I'm just glad there are so many people taking responsibility for themselves, and not just doing what someone else tells them.
Knowledge of your body and how it really works.....how else could a person be as healthy as possible?
