Have you heard of the Scarsdale Medical Diet?

I have done this one many many times, at THIS moment, I just tire of the same foods each week because I have done it so much, but with my experience on it I have lost the 1 pound a day. If you stick with the program, which aint too hard and some days the protein is an unlimited amount. What type of exercises do you do? Do you do any crunches, do you have the Ball?
I also don't want you to become discouraged, because that usually leads to more weight gain (ask me I know). But if you can take it one day at a time, like for example, say you may want to start fasting and you tell yourself when you get up that its a water fast, then you may get hungry, then turn it into a juice fast (same day or so), and drink some juice, then you may be hungry again, then try to eat some vegatables which could be about any except corn or potatoes, but maybe a salad not too heavy with all that extra stuff, and maybe couple hours later you maybe hungry again, I would opt for the healthy protein, chicken breast, light turkey, lean ham.....usually the protein will fill you and drink much water with it....that way you are sobatoging your diet and still eating healthly. I look at it as its how you start your day and how you end it, because we all have free choice of what foods we put into our bodies, we just have to make the right choices. Hope this helps, I am not advocating eating during a fast, MY point is that, if you start to slip and START to eat, make it healthly (and thats a note to myself also).
