and revitalize you, by simply learning and growing,
and taking your own food.. will be super easy,
super $ help as well, and save you time also.

in the meantime, do not eat peanuts !! (full of mold/fungus)
no soy, dairy , canola oil, no margarine (basically a plastic)
try to stick with coconut oil , sunflower, sesame, olive, avocado etc.
