The M-Pulse 5000 produces a very powerful, AC (alternating current) magnetic
pulse. Ordinary magnetic pulsers operate differently (use DC – direct current)
and can not be compared to this device.
This oscillating magnetic field occurs as often as two times per second
(adjustable). The frequency of the pulse is 5kHz (each individual pulse oscillates
at a rate of 5,000 times per second)
Oscillating magnetic fields have been shown to be very effective at killing
microbes (tests performed on food - researchers can use the links at the
bottom of this page)
The M-Pulse 5000 comes with a full one year parts and labor warranty.

With the M-Pulse 5000 it's not the power, but rather the 5000 Hz oscillating
magnetic field, which makes it so effective.

The M-Pulse 5000 has been measured as follows:
Gauss: 620 AC peak
Peak Watts: 68,000 (2,000 AC peak volts x 34 peak amps)
The gauss was measured at the surface of the treatment coil
There is no polarity to the coil (both sides are alternating from north to south
10,000 times per second – equal to 5,000 full cycles (Hz) per second)
The M-Pulse 5000 is not FDA approved and is for experimental use only.
It is not recommended for use on humans. We make no claims and this
device is not intended to treat any medical condition.

only applied one pulse. As a researcher, with our M-Pulse 5000 you can
apply as many pulses as you like. It won't overheat.
What is a Magnetic Pulser?
A magnetic pulser (often called a magnetic pulse generator or magpulser) is a device, which applies electricity to a coil of wire to produce a magnetic pulse. A magnetic pulser is actually a form of an electromagnet (which produces the same type of magnetism as a permanent magnet).
When DC (Direct Current) voltage is applied to a coil of wire the coil acts the same as a magnet. Our magnetic pulser is unique in that it uses DC to produce an oscillating magnetic field. This type of magnetic field has been found to be especially effective at disabling microbes in food.
The M-Pulse 5000 Magnetic Pulser Advantage
The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser produces an oscillating magnetic field. The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser is constructed using high quality parts for durability and reliability. The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser is housed in an attractive, high impact plastic enclosure.
The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser produces magnetism, which is much more effective (as in disabling microbes in food) than the magnetism from a other magnetic pulsers or a permanent magnet. Unlike a permanent magnet the magnetic pulser doesn’t need to be used for very long periods.
There is no need to push a button to generate a magnetic pulse when using the M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser.
The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser produces an oscillating magnetic field in pulses, which can be adjusted (knob on front panel) from 1 pulse per second to 2.5 pulses per second.
A yellow light flashes each time a magnetic pulse is sent to the coil of the magnetic pulser
The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser uses 1700 volts DC to produce a magnetic pulse at the coil. Most other magnetic pulsers use only 350 volts DC to produce a magnetic pulse.
The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser uses a very tough 2000 volt polypropylene main capacitor for increase reliability. Unlike electrolytic capacitors used in most other magnetic pulsers it will not dry out over time.
How is the M-Pulse 5000 Magnetic Pulser operated?
· Flipping the toggle switch turns on the magnetic pulser
· A red light indicates that the magnetic pulser has power
· The pulse rate control knob on the magnetic pulser is adjusted for one or more pulses per second (up to 2.5 pps)
· A yellow light flashes each time a magnetic pulse is sent to the coil of the magnetic pulser
When power is first applied to the magnetic pulser the main capacitor will charge up (in about 1 second). Then in one second or more (adjustable) the energy stored in this capacitor will be discharged into the plastic encased coil of the magnetic pulser.
The yellow light of the magnetic pulser will flash, indicating that the pulse actually reached the coil of the magnetic pulser. This will be repeated every second (or whatever time interval it’s adjusted to).
The M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser has been designed to be very reliable and durable. The electronic circuitry of the magnetic pulser is unique and not the same as the original Beck magnetic pulser. The ability to produce a 5000Hz oscillating magnetic field is an outstanding feature not found in other magnetic pulsers.
The magnetic pulser can run continuously for hours without overheating or wearing out. The magnetic pulser can produce millions of pulses before needing service.
The magnetic pulser is shipped with a 110 Volt AC to 12 Volt DC 60Hz wall adapter.
Can the M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser be operated from other power sources?
Car Batteries
Yes, the M-Pulse 5000 magnetic pulser can be operated from any 12 Volt DC source. This includes 12 Volt batteries. The magnetic pulser will work with a car battery (using the cigarette lighter, or if necessary battery post clips can be used temporarily to power the magnetic pulser).
Use battery clips, which are color coded (such as red and black) to make it easier to attach them to the correct battery posts. It you wire the magnetic pulser to a battery and the polarity is incorrect the magnetic pulser will not operate (and there will be no damage). Simply reverse the wires if you think this is the problem.
DANGER:
Be extremely careful when working with car batteries. If a metal object were to short across the battery terminals the sparks could cause the battery to explode (and the sulfuric acid could cause serious injury including blindness). The metal object could also get very hot in a second or so (because of the hundreds of amps) and cause burns.
If you can’t find a power cord with a 2.1mm plug on one end and battery post clips on the other end get one that has a cigarette lighter plug on this end. Cut it off and wire battery post clips (available at auto parts stores and the auto parts section of some hardware stores)
to the cut wires.
Smaller Batteries
The magnetic pulser will work with smaller batteries, such a laptop battery (if it has a 2.1mm plug wired with the Center Positive). The magnetic pulser will also work with a gel cell battery, or motorcycle battery. Alligator clips can be used to temporarily power the magnetic pulser.
Solar Cells
The magnetic pulser will work with a solar panel. The solar panel will need to supply at least 500 mA (0.5 amps). If it does not supply enough current then it should be used to charge a battery (almost any 12 Volt battery), which in turn will power the magnetic pulser.
