No stones, no sludge, no diarrhea, no bowel movement without inducing it first with an enema, I can’t believe it! Took the O/G (plus an ounce of pineapple juice as chaser) Sunday night 11 P.M. I also took the 4
Epsom Salt drinks (3 weak Tablesoon to 3 cups of water/grapefruit juice mix, as I had done for the last 3 flushes. Did 4 Tbs E.S. for first flush, diarrhea was too much) l . When I had NO bowel movement by 2 P.M. Monday I took an enema, then another one around 5P.M. . It is as if the plumbing froze. It is now 12 noon on Tues, no bowel movement so far. I normally always go right after breakfast, and then at least once more during the day. There are aches in my lower back and in the hip.
I have done four successful O/G flushes so far, so thought I knew what I was doing. Don’t know why this one went wrong , maybe some of you can give me an insight?
Here is what I did differently from the previous ones. Instead of eating normally ( and avoiding oils/fats/ animal proteins on the day of the flush), I ate only fruits and veggies and drank 2 glasses of carrot/beat juice plus water the day of the flush (Sunday), up until 8 hours before the O/G drink. The day, before, on Saturday, I had a whole grain cereal with fruit and rice milk for breakfast, and had only fruit and vegiies and 2 glasses of carrot/beat juice plus herbal tea and water for the day. For two days prior I ate only vegetarian meals. I thought by avoiding animal proteins and fats and keeping carbohydrates low, for at least several days prior to the flush, I would help the process. I guess I was wrong. And I felt very sluggish while at it. I also used to add a little lemon juice to the grapefruit juice, this time added pineapple juice instead.
I had felt marvellous ever since the 3rd flush, high energy, no pains. This lasted until 2 weeks after the 4th flush. Then my energy level decreased, and dull aches in my lower back returned. I should mention that I started taking oral hydrogen peroxide at this time, was not sure if the reduced energy was as a result of the Hydrogen Peroxyde. But I assumed the aches in the lower back indicated I needed another liver flush.
Question is: Do I do another flush coming weekend? Should I discontinue Hydrogen Peroxide? ( (On the day of the flush I did not take it anyhow). Should I forget about flushes for a while, assuming there are no more stones?
Your thoughts on this would be of great help. Thanks in advance.
