After my heavy duty quartz experience- I buried the phantom clear quartz in the forest where I live- right by the side of an oak tree and buried it in rock salt as well as the earth.
This crystal needed serious cleansing. I had been carrying it in a bag to the forest and nearly went into some kind of seizure- the enrgy was that strong- but it felt polluted so I have decided to keep it buried for at least 4 months. I had smudged it before hand as well, but even that hadn't helped.
I seriously think that crystal has been mistreated- after buying it, just touching it made me feel so sick. I had a few dreams, which told me that the crystal must end with me and met a green witch- kinnda a scary.
I'm guess I'm just worried that the rock salt will ahve harmed the crystal- and I'm worried about ever digging it up again. I guess when u bury something, u must bury it- I don't ever want to feel that sickness again.

This is a reply to # 615,988search above in curezoen browser for yoko ono peace water message.. i woudl defintiely apply it to your crystal.. asap..
makeup some loving words/ heal /love/ peace/clean etc and wrap them around your crystal then i would suggest you go back and get it after a couple weeks and let it sit in cold filtered water for 24 hours/(outside to get sun and moon also) in a glass bowl (again with new word s on it ..taped to the bowl facing inwards to the crystal..
when you handle it.. wear a red shirt and cover it with a red cloth/ will keep it's vibrations from affecting you..
i too bought a crystal/when i got it i almostdropped it/ really bad vibes..
i was a bit distressed to say the least.. but i went and got it about a week after offmy shelf and relooked at it.. after *psyching myself up 8smile* and held it an spent sometime with it..
i realised it had been used wrongly by someone else and
had been power tripped used
when i looked inwards.. it seemd to me like the crystal was crying for someone to clean it and bring it back to positive.
i have spent about 3 weeks now/ water cleaning it every day and alternatedit with sun and on mirror also/ and boosted it in close with some citrine i have../ everytime i hold it/ i think love thoughts to it., and caress it and it has responded incredibly fast..
in fact/ i have now taken to sleeping with it lol... it wants to be cuddled.
it wants to be laid on its side/ not standing for some reason
also.
so don't give up hope.. mine is opening up and getting healthier all the time..
it is shining almost brilliantly clear now.. and looking fresh and good energy vibes.. so much happier..
it is radiating all sorts of wonderful lights form inside 8)
and i know it willb e one of my favorites forever now..
if nothing else i have learned alot about helping bring back a badly used crystal 8) simply by listening to hear what it needs/ and doing what it asked me to do to help it heal..
i ahd another one of mine literally scream at me when i went to put it in sun !! lol
so anyhow.. i ahve anyother one.. that is veyr lonely.. folks ahve been afraid of it.. it has alot of contained energy and they have neglected it .. it has become lonely..just used for decoration instead of active.(by others).
it still is not comfortable with my others, but is adapting/
so i bought it a friend 8) that i am going to put near it 8)
i know you must think i am kooks lol but that is aright..wear something red and go talk to your crystal after reading yokos's peacewater message..
might hold a crystal that alieviates negativity or fear with you when you do/ and even put it in fresh filtered water with it when you do.
just make sure no kinds that can't be left in water 8)

i fyyou really feel it needs ot be buried so long.. mighti sugges tyou get a glass contaienr and fill it with fresh good soil and keep it in house near sunny window? then every other day wrap new words to the the glass facing inwards.. and drop a red clothe over it / so no negative energy comes out// and put a negative alieveiating & a love healing stone near it (buried with it/ next to it/
that way you can still help be a part of it s healing process and bond with it / & send it your good vibes to let it know it is not being abandoned or alone.. you are going to rejuvenate it back to its rightful health, to help others *)

I think I am really afarid of this crystal because it is so powerful. I somehow feel after being around it, that I have no legitimacy to handle it. What really scares me is being possessed by a dark evil force- and I think that is probably a childhood fear from watching too many horror movies from when I was young. The thought of splitting really scares me.
I was wearing red when I brought and handled it and even carried my favourite hematite crystal- but still felt its force. Very draining and heavy. When I was carrying it in my bag, it felt like such a responsibilty.
When I brought it I think my intention was wrong- feeling its power, I got into the whole power related issues of control and thinking by having this crystal I could do amazing super powerful things- probably to escape reality. It was interesting to note that the area most affected after that was my solar plexus chakra.
They say Clear quartz has the power to enhance everything positive and negative- It certainly does amply things- so maybe the thought of being possessed was amplified.
Something that was interesting while I was holding it was that I saw an amazing electric green aura inside it and after when I shut my eyes I could still see this colour.
One of the dreams I had- was a very clear warning- this witch came to my house and told me I was not ready to use it- and not to open up things I was not ready to see- then afterwards she asked if i wanted to see my future- to which I of course declined. After that I saw an image of a green witch.
I feel like the crystal had been used badly before, because I kept drawing this image of a pentagram enclosed in a circle, for a few days after.
Right now, I feel that the best thing is to leave it and wait for the crystal to call me when it's ready or more likely when I'm ready. I just feel that somehow its lonely down there.

and that is good/ you fear abusing and being over taken by bad forces 8) and abusing that responsibility..

you have no evil intent.. nothing can make you be evil..

you have nothing to fear.
you create that crystal to be whatyou energise into it.. le it sees love not fear and it will reflect back to you love 8)
one of my crystals showed me this so clearly a few days back,..
i was looking into it and saw a tree then i realised it was a tree outside !
the crystal told me that is what it sees/ 8) and that when i look at it / it sees me 8) so it is looking at me too..
i fi am looking with love.. and smiling it sees that t and reflects (mirrors back to me /returns back to me wha ti am shinigninto it)
youare showing your new crystal from the start fear/ and so that may be why you are fearign it .. your crystal may in fact not even have anything attached to it/ but simply your own fear
you are afraid that because of it 's power that it may have been used for evil power intent or that you bought it forpower reasons..
ok aknowledge that
anything can be cleansed 8) and blessed
you might consider apologising to the crystal for misunderstanding it/ and that you respec tthe responsibility of it and ask it to lead you gently into an understanding of beign a co worker with it/
to fear abusing power is wonderful / it shows integrity..
but to not pick up a mantle droppedu pon you .. is not the way
that in fact may be the very reason the crystal called you ...
it knows you are a person of integrity that will use it for higher purposes not self /ego satisfaction 8)
some thoughts to weigh in your mind.
ask it to gently remind you if you ever get in a power trip mode 8) and it will caus it knows your heart is sincere

to only serve the highest good for you , others. the univese..

Thats such a good thought- I will hold it and treasure it, and pass it on to my little one. I have decided that I will go to the forest next weekend to unearth the crystal...it will have been 3 weeks so hopefully the heart of the forest will have energized it.

i just read it is best if you cleanse a non water soluble crystal
under water to hold it point down and visualise all the negativity running out of it 8)
another suggestion i saw was putting a crystal in a glass container and covering it with sage 8).. that this takes longer that earth bury but was just as effective.
i have been busy today myself cleansing some new babies 8)
esp one/ that (i'm sure you can relate..) almost made me pass out just openign the box.. the energy surge was incredible..
i had to stop every few seconds just unwrapping it .. !
but it is fine/ and very happy to be here *)
i cleansed it up and programed it and took it in to meet my others and esp my *lonely crystal * is somuch happier..
it has 2 new friends touching it !! and i saw rainbows in it today 8) that i have not seen before 8)
another sidenote.. my daughter and i have gotten soem good work done to day.. i think the extra enery boosts are helping 8)
sh eis up to about 28 on her spider count now .. of recluse spiders! .
we have practiced throwing old potatoes in the garbage can /
i made mine in one shot yeah !! *smile *

Black tourmaline is an amazing stone. I always have a little on me, in my pocket and a big one at my office (it is very good against computer radiations) and one at home (a huge one I had the luck to find at a stone convention) that I have placed near my electricity panel.
One advice : it doesn't need to be cleaned in water as often as other stones and, most important, don't purify it with the sun rays, Tourmaline hates that ;-)
this was written in a book I trust 100% and confirmed frankly by my pendulum.

It occurred to me that perhaps the negative energy contained in this smoky quartz is a reflection of something within yourself that you need to look at right now...you know? Perhaps if you bring this 'darkness' to Light...it will be Enlightened...?
What was your dream about...this could give us something to work with here.
I don't think that burying it forever is the solution. Bring it out into the light, cleanse it.
