Hi! I started this 7 days. I only had two really rough days b/c I was around food all day and cooking for my family, etc..., however if you just remember why your doing this, and put two pictures of yourself on the frig; one of when you use to be your ideal weight and one of you looking your worst. This will inspire you to stay on it. Also just smell food, sometimes that just helps to really close your eyes and smell it, than get the heck out of there and go for a brisk walk or run. Stay busy all the time and try to stay out of the kitchen. Make 4-5 (8oz) glasses of the juice a head of time so if you get a major craving just go chug some juice (just make sure you shake it up first b/f pouring, also drink lots of water. If your spiritual, pray about it....God will see you through.
I've lost 7 lbs in 7 days, but I also just got my menses today so I think once I get over that I will drop another 4-5. I always gain between 3-5 lbs whenever my period rolls around.
The key to this I think is cleansing your body of all the toxins you've exposed it too, and then CHANGING your way of eating for life. Not just to lose weight, hence you'll just eventually gain it all back. Read about the raw way of eating, and other heathy diets. Choose the one that you think you will REALLY LIKE best and JUST DO IT!
