surely that's easy though. Just say NO. Non servium is the only way. After all, you know it's bad for yer;-)
As for alternatives I suggest you look into NLP, EFT and Be Set Free Fast. All effective for 'mental' conditions.

PLUS I REALLY like milk, too. But am cutting down on fats and carbohydrates and meats. Raw salmon!!! And seaweed...But I like milk...

SO KEWL Tracey!!!
I was shopping today at grocery store...as I was preparing to leave my car I noticed this Old Man walking on the sidewalk (not a homeless man) just out for a walk. He seemed in his late 70s and SO Alone or Something. I Immediately Sent Healing Reiki. I SWEAR the guy Stopped Walking as if Wondering the Source. Then he began walking again and I Sent again--and he Stopped again!!! I have never before had anyone on the street KNOW or be AWARE I was sending Reiki...ANYWAY I am usually sending Distance Healing...

Your love of milk just popped right out at me and I wondered if you had a lack of unconditional love from your mother or something - and this is the reason for....a lot of things?? (ignore me if this is way off....but I just had to say it!)
Cut the milk....dissolve the blockage that connects you to the Source of Love (yourSELF! delight of delights! instead of looking without look within...you're connected to the source of Love...see?) and regain strength and balance!
Have you done any more liver flushes!? That last one of yours was utterly amazing!

HMMMMMM. You MAY be right about the Milk thing. About the lack of love from my mom. All she sees in me is my dad. I am guessing. And of how she would lmake comments about how I could not even be Born at the right time. I was born over two and a half months premature. And I find out that my dad commits suicide--and I am born: Probably I am born to ESCAPE ALL the wretched negative emotions my mom is FEELING!!! And I never felt loved by her. And my step dad was just a Brute...and alcoholic...
WORKING on the self love thing and MOST Especially working on the Connection and Communion with higher beings perhaps to Channel--if one considers Channeling to bE the higher octave of connection and communion and communication...ANYWAY my DNA Activation Enhanced this and was conducted/facilitated by Archangel Metatron...whom I resonate with...(BEYOND the New Age MAINSTREAM need to channel as if it is the latest fashion statement, much as DOING the SOY thing...)
