Hmm.

What about bowel cleansing? There is a strong link between the large intestine and the "female organs" and hence hormones. I was having terrible swelling of my breasts each month due to hormones, and after bowel cleansing it's completely gone.

I would also say diet plays a HUGE part. She should be eating a pure vegetarian diet with no processed, packaged foods.

I have to say that, although I don't have lumps in my breast, I had a small 1/4inch lump/bump on my thigh for the last 5 years or so. I think I am prone to 'growths' because in Traditional Chinese Medicine my blood is a little stagnant (need more exercise! and blood-building foods). Anyway...since November I have done the Master-Cleanse twice, have done 50 days of Bentonite & psyllium drinks (got out lots of mucoid plaque), done a 15 day parasite cleanse and 4 Liver Flushes and am drinking at least 2 litres of warm water per day, eating well (chicken or fish once or twice a week), lots of raw vegetables and fruits....and NOW my lump is gone! It used to be raised like a bubble and now it is totally deflated and flat! wild eh?

So...cleansing definitely gets rid of stagnant lumps. Hopefully your friend will get interested in curezone and find something that she wants to do...

Interestingly, this is a health issue that even mainstream MDs generally agree is helped by nutritional approaches. I have fibrocystic breasts, as do both my sisters and our mother. In addition to generaly cleansing and eating well, it is very important to avoid caffeine; again mainstream docs even suggest this. My breasts have gone through periods of "less" lumpiness, but have never been lump-free. Obviously it is important to be able to distinguish between fibrocystic lumps and potentially harmful lumps, so it is a good idea to have a healthcare practitioner check the breasts yearly.
