First steps first.
1. Start taking Superfood, I would suggest 2X the "normal recommended dosage." Take 4 tablespoons each day.
1a. In your case, I would take a two ounce bottle of Echinacea Plus every other week to help build your immune system. I would use elder flower tincture or Supertonic on the alternate weeks.
2. Make sure your bowels are regular with Intestinal Formula #1 or Dr. Christopher's Lower Bowel Formula. You should be having 2-3 BM's per day.
3. Do the total bowel cleanse, including Intestinal Formula #2.
4. This could really be 1b - don't put things into your body that weaken your immune system. Stay away from refined carbohydrates like
Sugar and white flour. Stay away from hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. Stay away from artificial sweeteners. Eat whole foods only.
The above steps don't take hardly any time out of your day. You can do those steps.
Once you get those down, start on the cleanses. I am busy. I have four kids. I have a 50-60 hour a week job. I get my kids up and fed in the morning before school. I cook dinner most of the time. I put the kids to bed. It is hard, but I can do the 5 day cleanses. I did four 5-day cleanses back to back earlier this year. The way that I am able to do them is to have a schedule that I follow.
Dr. Schulze suggests doing them during a work week. That is too much for me to handle. I start mine on Friday and do two of the three
juicing days on the weekend. I only have to get up extra early on Monday for juicing. I time everything so I know when to start so I can be finished in time to get the kids up, etc., and be to work. Without a schedule that I stick to, I would not be able to do it. With regards to the taste, well, some of it pretty yucky. But the choice is there before you. You can take the yucky stuff for a few minutes each for five days and help to strengthen and heal yourself, or you don't take it and don't help to strengthen and heal yourself. It is your decision. I know you can do it. Sometimes it just takes resolve.
Dr. Christopher and
Dr. Schulze both taught that there are no incurable diseases, but there are incurable patients. What they mean by that is that some people choose not to do what is necessary to overcome their diseases or health challenges. In essence, they are choosing to accept their illnesses over following the program. I know it is hard to choose to do the program and stick to it. I've worked with about a dozen people over the past year, helping them with
Dr. Schulze 's and Dr. Christopher's programs. Most chose not to do the programs and did not get better. The 1/3 that chose to do the programs got better. They recovered from advanced metastasized prostate cancer,
Rheumatoid Arthritis , breast cancer, and fibromyalgia. The ones that chose not to follow the programs have continued along the path of deteriorating health. I'm not trying to be ornry here, just trying to lay down the information. You can choose to help yourself. I know that you can do it.
I hope this helps.
