HAARP Facility to Quadruple Power:
Technical Specialist Richard Lampe, KL1DA, represented the League at the 2003 High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/ RFI meeting September 24 at the HAARP site near Gakona, Alaska. "Joint funding through DARPA will allow HAARP to quadruple in size from its current 960 kW output to 3.6 MW," Lampe says. "When completed in 2006, HAARP will then be the premier ionospheric research facility with beam-steering capabilities that other similar arrays worldwide don't have." Under terms of its experimental license, HAARP must transmit on a non-interference basis, and Lampe--who is ARRL liaison to HAARP--says the staff at the control center immediately shut down the transmitters when harmonics were detected on 75/80 meters during experiments last year. "Alaska hams monitor the bands and aid HAARP engineers by reporting RFI issues as soon as they happen," Lampe said.

Criminals who are intent on destroying the planet and mind-controlling the populace are behind this device. Seems they have been doing much EMP testing over the past months as all of the major power grids have experienced EMP-related types of failures. There has to be a way to make ourselves immune to this device. Any ideas?

THESE PEOPLE ARE RAVING MAD. THIS TECHNOLOGY CAN AND PROBABLY WILL DESTROY THE WORLD.

It's all a matter of perspective. Some would say we have already plunged into the darkness, that we are surrounded by the violence of greed and despair, and that the war is upon us now. If were of a higher consciousness, I would say violence is deplorable - but we are not - we are a violent species. We live on a violent planet. The nature of our existence requires that we be violent to survive. We are breeding like a plague across the planet and until we put the brakes on, until we recognize our place here and begin to seek balance with our surroundings, we will have to fight to survive. Of course, I'm not saying it's cool to be a punk walking down the street, deliberately bumping into people, trying to knock them over because they're "regular" and deserve it - any sort of deliberately inflicted suffering on another can debase one's essence - it's just unfortunate that the wake up calls are not going to be in the form of peaceful raised levels of awareness - they are more likely to be rude, violent awakenings forced upon us all via necessity, because, for most humans, only in the darkest hour will they even begin to perceive the faintest glimmer of light.... Nonetheless, seek to fulfill your rolê by being the "Menace of the Darkest Hour" (El Peligro Del Ultima Hora) so that when the darkest hour is upon us, we will threaten it with our light, a light that will be seen by many because it will be so dark.....

"The darkest hour is just before the dawn."

Does anybody else remember that CSNY song...?

It seems like "God's hammer" beats us until we wake up, open our eyes and see the bigger picture.

In the past few months, I've very seriously considered "quitting this game" because the going was getting too rough. (too many knocks on the head...)

But the "rain" only softens the soil and lets us grow.

In other words: That which doesn't kill me (or make me want to kill myself) only makes me stronger.

Or as Christina Agulara's song says: "Thanks for making me a fighter..."
