It may seem like this forum is out to a slow start but just wait and see the glory of God revealed.Some of us may have been so busy on the spiritual forum trying to show them THE WAY that we've not yet fully given up on them yet, so are still at that forum.And that is a good thing!We just must be sure to spend time with other believers that know the truth also so we will be fully attaired with the armore of God.I know that I and Stofurz have been where they are and we know where of they speak.It is vanity,all vanity. They refuse to belielve they are not in control of their own destiny.That in itselfe is a diffuicult thing to explain to the carnaly minded.While it is up to each person to except Jesus the only way to the Father,the ONLY way to salvation.The destiny is still in their hands.If they would only put their faith in Jesus they would not have to spend so much time trying to discover their out of the body trips and such nonsence.Oh yes,these things do exist.Been there,done that.I remember about if the silver cord is broken you can't get back in your body.I was too afraid having Assembley of God back ground to go much further.The Holy Spirit was always there for I blessed enough to have Spirit filled christians praying for me.I personally do believe some of the pp on the other forums will look at out forum from time to time for we know they are hungrey for the truth.We must stand in the prayer of aggreement and ask the Holy Spirit to deal with them for no man cometh to the father without the God the Holy Spirit drawing him.If your interested go to Prophecy forum and read my short testomny.I could go on and on about having tried the things their trying.I'm sorry for going on so long but at this moment I feel like I could talk forever.I love and pray for each and every one and may you and your loved ones be blessed.Love in Our Lord,Dot.

I am reading a book by Charles Finney. He says that there are two witnesses that people have.
Rom.1:20
From the time the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky and all that God made. They can clearly see his invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse whatsoever for not knowing God.

The above verse shows the one witness. What can and can't be seen are both witnesses that there is a God.
The other witness is the human spirit and soul. The bible in all it's wisdom assumes that we believe that God exists from the very first verse. Every human has built within his spirit the witness that their is a God, that as humans we need to find Him and that we are sinners.
Every person knows deep down that there is a God and that we are in need of His Salvation. That is why the bible says that the fool has said in his heart "there is no God". It is because one has to fight against his very own conscience, inward witness, to believe that there is no God.
In people's search for God, the only thing that satisfies that search, with God himself, is the Word. The bible compliments the inward witness of the spirit that there is a God. And the bible will lead one to the rebirth of their spirit, and forgiveness through the sacrafice of Jesus, so that they can once again have access to God without guilt. Therfore the search is over. No need to endlessly try eastern religions, or cults, or denial(athiesm). No need to get on those religious circular paths that leads to nowhere and still leaves you feeling empty. Jesus fills the void, and you know, that you know, that you know you are God's child and He loves you. It's wonderful.
Jesus is Lord.

This is a reply to # 436,853Amen brother!We know for sure their still hungry.Just look at their posts and how they are wanting to keep expanding their conciousness!They still have that void they are trying,in vain,to fill.The Holy Spirit bares witness with our spirit.I feel some of them are under strong conviction by God and that's why their fighting so hard.When God is dealing with someone about their sins and salvation you can pretty much be assured they will get worse at first.When the christians are raptured they'll say it was to get us out of the way so they can evolve.The antichrist is counting on this.But I wonder how they will react when the antichrist clames to be God and then in 3 and a half years breaks the peace and all hell is let lose on earth.By then they'll have the mark of the beast and there will be no chance for salvation!They won't be reincarnated.They will be cast into the lake of fire forever!I may come across as a hell and brimstone preacher but did you know that the bible mentions hell more than heaven?But besides missing hell there are soo many blessings they can be born into!No more worries "cast your cares upon Him for he careth for you" no more hunger "I've never seen the righoutest forsaken nor his seed begging bread".Prosperaty"beloved I wish above all thing that ye may prosper and be in health EVEN AS your soul prospereth"."If you abide in Me and my Word abides in you,you shall ask what you will and it shall be done unto by my Father which is in heaven".There are reqairments of us for His blessings. If we do what He says to do His blessings will overtake us.As your faith is be it unto you!Praise His precious name!Amen!

I would like to mention if people trusted in God, then he would fight the battles for them and there are many examples in the old teswtament of just this. Both sides in world war two said that "god" was on their side. I would have to say "god" was not on either side. "God" does not need man to make wars. If people trust in "God" he can and will do miracles if we step in and try to do things in the way we feel is right then we are no better than those who initiated war. Two wrongs never make a right. When a country goes to war to protect it's inhabitants, for national security, it is not "living by the sword".
A country that oppresses it's own people, like Iraq does, (killing and torturing and starving their own people, and ethnic cleansing, etc.)and attacks other countries, and hides behind terrorists, that is a country that lives by the sword.
Ecc 3:3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
Ecc 3:8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
As you can see in Ecclesiastes, that there is a time to kill, and a time of war. Neither killing, nor war are wrong things to do of themselves. God sanctioned both many times throughout Israel's history. They have a purpose in this sin filled world.
When a nation is ruled by a murdurous regime, and the people of the country are oppressed and killed by the thousands, and they support terrorists, who exist to kill innocent men, women, and children, especially Americans and Israelis, then it is OK to put a stop to it.
If you saw a man attempting to rape a woman, would you not attempt to stop him, even kill him. I would. I would use whatever force necessary to stop him, even if I didn't even know the woman personally.
No different with Saddam. He is the murderer/rapist of his own people and people abroad. He is EVIL. America is NOT. America may not be perfect, but it is not Evil.
America has a special purpose and plan in God's prophetic timetable. God will always remember the worshippers that came over on the Mayflower, and dedicated themselves, their offspring, and the land to God's service. He will not forget them, nor the millions of worshippers in America, this day, who faithfully witness of Him, here and abroad, or fund the gospel, and the feeding of the poor.

This is a reply to # 436,893You believe that going to war is wrong but as the U.S. does it helps the people of that nation get everything they need as they do. I believe in many ways it helps those people. On top of that War in the bible were not always as nice as the U.S. is once they conquer.
In 1 Samuel 15:2 Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'I will punish what Am'alek did to Israel in opposing them on the way, when they came up out of Egypt. 3 Now go and smite Am'alek, and utterly destroy all that they have; do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.'"
Not only would that be consider genacide and acceptable and good in God's eyes. But since Saul failed to kill everyone of that nation or group of people, he was punished for that.
War serves a purpose and it is a part of God's plan for man kind. If there was no war people wouldn't appreciate peace.
As the Christians who believe going to war is acceptable they are praying for the people who are their so called enemies and not only that we are also commanded to love them. Just because we love them doesn't mean that we can't do what is necassary for survival and the strengthening of God's Kingdom. If my own mother came after me with a knife to kill me, I would do everything I could to live. I love my mom with all my heart and I would try not to do anything to hurt her but just dis-arm her. Which is the actions the U.S. and the U.N. have and are trying. They do care about this country and their people and their rights. I hope that you can understand that though everything isn't always a life of no conflict but you can have peace if you just allow Jesus to come into your heart. Though there are problems and trials there is someone there for you to lean on and carry you if need be.

The quotes your are using as justification were from a different time period and given from a nation that was a theocracy. United States is not a theocracy.

The ten commandments are not some sort of take out counter where you pick and choose which ones you like to keep. Either you keep them all or none there are "no half measures".
As far as praying for the people you are going to bomb the crap out of .... wellll lets just say this, I believe your prayers are not going to GOD they are going to the God of this world.
Hitler said that GOD was on his side so does Sadam and so does the Bush dynasty, but god says those who "use the sword will die by the sword". GOD is no respector of persons and nations, if they go against his word they will eventually suffer his wrath.
Justifying actions in the cloak of "christianity" is a disguisting pratice and the Jesuits are the masters of this. If you believe in GOD then you will believe that he can work on your behalf. If you belive GOD created the universe dont you think he can work for his people. All types of thinking are wrong. Have you read the history of how GOD has worked for his people? have you read the bible? half of the bible is full of what he has done. This is such a basic concept of faith.

This is a reply to # 436,855Being Christian does not mean, that Christians just lie down and let people walk all over them. It doesn't mean we can't get angry either. Especially when we are constantly defending our beliefs.
We are human. We have human emotions just like you. The difference that makes us Christian is that we believe Jesus as Lord and Saviour and try our very best to follow God's Word (The Bible) When we mess up, we go to God acknowledge our mistake (sin) and ask forgiveness, then we are forgiven just as His Word says.
Now, Leon what is your excuse?
