I am about halfway done with my
parasite cleanse (I am using Paragone and just received my zapper today!) and read something in the Dr. Clark area about people getting
parasites from undercooked meat and unsteralized dairy products. I have been following The Maker's Diet with great success (in terms of health improvements), and the author is a very big proponant of raw milk. I have found a farmer who tests her cow (I am not sure what kind of tests) and I have been getting raw milk from her. I drink lots of it and also make a lot of kefir with it. Anyway, when I read the info from Dr. Clark about dairy causing parasites, I started to worry. I have been getting out lots of strange looking creatures during this
parasite cleanse and I certainly don't want to reinfect myself by drinking raw milk! Is there anyway to make it safer to drink, or should I just go back to the organic ultrapasturized stuff? Any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!
