if you read all my other posts on curezone, you should feel that with your youth and all the supplements and desire you have at present, you should be able to save all your existing teeth.
Change is necessary, because your tooth is not happy and you have to make it happy, and change usually requires either time, pain, or both.
I suggest you be patient, and nurse the tooth very lovingly until your body internals begin to heal it. Nursing it means that you are super gentle with it and you rest yourself and don't put any crap in your body.
You can give the jaw underneath a very very gentle massage if you are very very gentle and apply a heating oil like black pepper or clove (1 drop) with black sesame oil (1 teaspoon), for drainage, massaging also the cheekbone and the collarbone on the same side of the body.
Another way to remove toxins from this area is to apply a healing clay such as
Bentonite to your skin. Read the instructions for it if you go for that.
I would suggest you also study the meridian (look up dentist
http://www.drwolfe.com) and understand that you can treat other points on the corresponding meridian to ease the stress on your tooth.
Once the tooth has stabilised, just keep improving your diet and lifestyle, allow the teeth to improve, and don't allow anyone to take this right away from you.
For example, if you speak to a dentist, or anyone, who says "it will never improve", realise that this is not an open minded reply or an open minded way of thinking, and they can never know what will happen with certainty.
