Washing away sins of the past, internally speaking, althogh my output seems to be fairly mild compared to other descriptions I've read on the Cure Zone. Yes, I have weighty issues, too. I started at 266 at Thanksgiving (I'm 6'4"). (Sorry that I don't know how to convert the weight into stone, but I am right at 2 metres.) Lost about 15 before cleanse, mostly in the month preceding, and have lost 13 during cleanse. Down to 238, which is 15 away from my goal.
Allergy relief was the other big reason for doing the MC, but I read recently that the Liver Cleanse helps with that more than the MC, so the LC is next on my list. My current Master-Cleanse is my first cleanse.
Thanks for the reminder about barbequeing. I had "looked the other way" concerning the effects, since barbequeing is one of my favorite things in life, but if I'm going to be health-conscious, there can't be a half way attitude about it. My transgressions will have to be few.
Best of luck with your kidney cleanse. 30 days is a long time, but it sounds like you get to eat solid food, at least. Of course, 10 days looked longer from the other end of it than it's turning out to be.
I did not know about the influence of the moon on cleansing. thanks for the inf about it.
I bought a pH testing strip today. Measured 6.4 before my second lemonade and 5.5 after (saliva). I imagine the 5.5 is false due to the recent influence of the lemonade. Will see what it is tomorrow.

I come from the east coast of canada and there are alot of maple trees here and a lot of maple syrup comes from here. My brother used to pick the dried sap off the trees when we were little and chew it, said it was like gum and loved it. it tasted like a tree to me at the time hahahah.... Ill try some next time I see some, also as for the sap "water" I dont think it really tastes like anything much. My friends father used to make syrup and always had lots around in the season. Maple butter(which isnt really butter) is also a nice treat as well- its just cooked to a higher temp so that its thicker and more like a butter or soft fudge. i figure if you are going to have a treat might as well be something thats a little better for you EH!!!!
