I need advice sbout the bowel cleans...

Hello Everyone!
This is my sixth day using Int. Formula #1 and #2. I have increased my dosage of #1 to 3 capsules the last two nights. I have 2-3 semi soft, small stools during day, also A LOT of stomach pain, like I'm about to have diarrhea, and tonight I had a bit of watery stools and mucus. The churning pain is the worst and I'm contemplating stopping the cleanse. Is this normal? Also, is it normal to have a lot of pain in the body and worsening of mood?- Re: I need advice sbout the bowel cl... Laura

I just finished with IF #2 and I did not have the churning pain, I did have a lot of gas in the beginning with some pain involved and I did move a lot of mucus and loose stool in the beginning.
I took IF #1 for three weeks before starting with #2 because it felt right for me to do so. I wanted to have things already moving well before I started with the #2.
Try drinking more water as well, I had a day where I did not drink as much as usual and I remember having some discomfort that day.

Thank you for responding to my email! I have been taking the Int.Formula #1 on and off for a year now and have been consistently for at least a month. Even so, my bowels are never the same, since I suffer from irritable bowel, so there is a lot of discomfort and pain involved! I guess it is normal to have these symptoms while doing the bowel cleanse, since a friend of mine is having the same symptoms as me, and she's really healthy! And she is using a different product! I'm drinking PLENTY of liquid, which is making me pee at least twice a night- but that's okay. So far, all I've noticed coming out is mucus and darker stool- no parasites or ropes. I plan to start the Liver/ parasite cleanse tomorrow and see...

Note your problems and sympathize with you.
Firstly, I must say that I am not a healthcare professional nor a medical person but have good knowledge of the digestive disorders. You should consult your competent healthcare professional or doctor.
Have you considered probiotics?? Not just "freeze dried" powder or tablet as living organism cannot survive freeze drying. Also yoghurt of weak solutions with one or two strains are no good. Probiotics with 100% live bacteria in quality and quantity is important and must be multi-strained. I know of one with 12 strains so that different bacteria can get to work effectively at both the small and large (colon-bowel) intestines. More effective than most remedies and create healthy system.

I took the IF1 for 2 weeks and then started the IF2. I had a hard time getting the portions right of IF1. First it seemed like it wasn't working and I upped my dosage gradually, then I had like 3 days of nothing but loose stools at least 5 times a day- i believe the technical term is diarrhea. Anyway i had a lot of cramping and pain during that time. IF2 seemed to make it better, but then i got sick with this sinus cold that was going around my office, so I slept for 3 days straight, thus messing up my IF2 cleanse. Tomorrow I am going to start back up, but from what I have heard and read if you are having diarrhea you need to cut back on you IF1. Maybe try just 1 a night. I don't have IBS, but have had digestive "issues" for years, so I can realte to the pain and discomfort. I think doing a cleanse can be pretty tough on your body (although well needed) because you are clearing out stuff that has been impacted for many years. Anyway I hope this helps and feel free to keep in touch via the board. It helps to know what others are experiencing. That's what Laura and I have been trying to do.
