...Was Helichrysm (sp?) oil from Young Living Essential Oils.
I had been massaging a drop of the oil into the area AROUND ear canal (NOT inside it!), on each ear, once a day.
After a couple of weeks of this, I was lying on my side on the sofa, head propped with my right hand, and I suddenly noticed silence in my right ear! I could hear the sounds in the room, but the constant six levels of ringing I have always heard had stopped!
Oh, it was lovely! Even though the left ear, which has always been slightly quieter, still had some ringing left.
The episode lasted a few minutes, I suppose, maybe half an hour. Slowly the ringing came back.
I have never heard silence, as far as I can remember, except for this period. Most of the time I can ignore it, although sometimes I find it extremely annoying.
Why didn't I continue with the oil?
Number one, it is very expensive...about US$50 for only 5 ml at that time. Have you ever spent Canadian dollars on a product from the U.S. when the exchange rates are the way they are?
Number two, Young Living apparently imports this oil from Bulgaria, and due to a crop failure the helichrysm oil they were getting was sub-their standards. There were several of their combined oil preparations they could not make, as well.
So, we didn't order any, and then we hadn't enough money to buy it. Even now that we do, I hesitate.
One thing I learned to expect from Young Living was that essential oils must be grown and cold-pressed in optimal conditions. They must be 'theraputic grade', in order to be as effective as possible.
Who knows the real quality of the different oils promoted in the marketplace today?
Although there is one sure way to find out! ...Muscle or pendulum testing.
Has anyone developed their capabilities in this testing?
Once we do, I think, we'll go straight to optimum well-being. At least, it's a lovely dream.
It's learning to make the appropriate statements, while testing, that is the hard part, I believe. And practice, out of the view of critics.
