Hi there... just wanted to share my experience with diet change and liver flushing, for what it's worth.
These were two things that really helped me. Initially, I was very scared to flush actually. I feared an impacted stone and some hospital emergency. It took me at least 6 months to read and mentally prepare myself. But, for me, it was one of the best things I did, it cured my DAILY panic attacks...cured them, never to return again.
So...
Liver Flushing has a special little place in my heart... I hate to see people close their minds to it. Not that you should rush out and do it right away, and especially with the reservations you have...but just stay open to it, keep reading and learning.
But, something that's very important, if you do the flush, prepare yourself beforehand with good clean diet, and have the bowels flowing well (2-5X/day).
colonics after the flush also recommended to sweep out stones.
Anyway...no rush...but just wanted to share how much the flush helped me. Changing diet to whole foods, cutting out processed and junk foods will help you immensely. When I got rid of processed food and
Sugar especially, my migranes went away.
