Above is the link to where I get my vit c crystals from.
This is where Owen gets his and a great many others.
get item # 50 if ok with the abscorbic type
If not then look for item # 40 for sodium restricted diets.

Also as far as the UT YES!!!
do it / do it now, do it often as you can !
use morning midstream...and pour a bit into a smaller container since you will get lots of dry skin rubbing off.
Urine is 70 % water, and the rest is very full of great nutrients.
the smell will disperse fairly rapidly.
store your urine ( the main part that you have in a separate container)
in one that has a hole in top to *breath* or a cork , or take top off every now and then tp let it breath
......................
aged urine is excellent, for skin, so just keep adding to your container,
I was seeing excellent results within one day use,
We have gone thru extreme cold weather here this past week,
so I had to stop.. since I live in unheated home, cept space heater in my room,
and blanket for door..
but tonight seems to be the end of severe weather for us , yeah !!
so I fully intend to spend my spring rubbing all over, and rejuvenating my skin.
Right before the weather hit, I was working on a seriously calloused elbow.
and had gotten it down to about 2/3 resolved in one day !!
if you find this distasteful for some reason, do try out the oil and cornmeal
mix ,
(to do cornmeal rub, pour a small bit of olive oil in a bowl,
add cornmeal (not starch lol ) to make a *gritty oil paste*
apply with finger tips on a wood or linoleum floor (sit in chair)
rub in small circular motion over areas you want to start on,
legs etc.. sit til oil is absorbed, then lightly brush off with hand
the cornmeal left behind.
your skin will look fairly instantly better,
and will stay smooth for several days generally.
then just sweep up the bits of cornmeal off floor.
this is a great fix for folks in quick need of softer skin fast,
but not for long term super great help ,
if you have an ongoing problem severe.
Apple cider vinegar rubs with cotten balls are also helpful.
But I am telling you NOTHING beats the UT! Hands DOWN!
Because of the weather, I have been unable to wash up...
yet my arms where I applied the urine
still remain soft and no dry skin flakes have returned!
I am thrilled!
