the physical body is very integrated
and affected by the emotions.
When you go thru periods of stressed emotion, this affects your
liver etc.
esp so in repressed emotions from childhood
or traumatic incidences
even when the seasons change, our bodies immmune system is lowered and more stressed, than at other times of the year.
These are the times that we will most often be prone to make more gallstones.
When you do many of the different detoxes,
but most esp liver flushing,
you will find that emotions from old hurts, angers, relationships, self -focused thoughts about identity etc of negative natures
are brought to the surface as well.
many can be so strong in intensity that you will feel as if you are reliving the occurance all over again,
or finally being able to release it fully
and find great relief in *flushing those pains from your integrated self, along with the detoxing.
So it would be natural, if you are undergoing emotional healing releases, that your body begins to physically release toxins also.
My advice to you , would be to increase good water consumption
to better aid your body in flushing out any released toxins,
perhaps even take some colosan to flush from colon down,
and est eat good alkaline balancing food/ie:
good fruits, and veggies, as natural as possible, no animal or dairy or toxic forms of food such as fried, highly sugared , or coffee, etc. (certainly no soy or canola oils.
get good sunlight it is antibacterial, and most healing to your body,
get good rest/sleep.. interruption free (no back ground stress noise ie:)
Tv, radio,etc.
Pamper yourself, tell yourself that you love yourself,
talk to your physical self as if to a child,
often how we look and feel about ourselves even our illnesses can be very closely related to what we say and think about.
if you think are not beautiful or think you are *fat*
then you will probably be and stay *fat*
you get what you say. and think.
it is a universal law.
say what you WANT to be , and drive away any thoughts that would dissuade that.
also fear will negate a good thought if your mind thinks(wants to
be trim and in good health,
but all your trivial little random thoughts are..oh i'll never get trim, etc...or oh i am so weak , i keep having headaches etc..
then these are all going to override your WANT,
because you will then be spending MORe time focusing on the problem, than focusing on the want...
when this happens,
clearly stop that negative thought
and correct it with holding in focus
how you see yourself to be..your WANT
if you want to be free from the emotional issue
you are dealing with,
begin now to see yourself completely free of it..
go for a walk if you can or do something pleasant:
look at nature ,and the beauty in all these wonderful things, visualise yourself within that picture,
do the birds look worried? nope,
is a tree emotionally upset nope..
see yourself as free as they are and see yourself as happy laughing ,dancing, etc, sharing love, feeling joy,
tell the universe how much you love it ,
and tell yourself this too.
stay the course, and soon you will be completely free from old emotional baggage and better able to work thru any possible new stresses.
