Hi! I usually take my triphala right before bed, but I was curious if this was the best time. Should I take it with dinner or on an empty stomach? Am or PM...or both? Tablets or capsules? Starting today I am trying ground flaxseeds morning and night also. I am hoping this helps me have more complete BMs. I am having BMs daily, but very incomplete. I had a horrible cystic breakout (first in a year) last week, so I went for two colonics and released ALOT of icky stuff during both sessions. My skin already looks better. I am trying hard to not use stimulant herbs and stick with the Triphala.

Thanks for your response!
I will tell her to take her Antibiotics and I'll send her some lecithin. But why is her hair falling out? Is this related to the ulcer or the parasite? What do you recommend for the parasite cleansing? Should she wait until her ulcer subsides to start on the parasite cleansing? Is it safe to be on the broth fast while she's taking her Antibiotics ?
She's going to be here on Dec 7 and I really wanted to help her through some major cleansing. Can the Bowel Cleanse wait till then? Can you please give me specific instructions on how to take Choline and Lecithin with the broth diet and the Antibiotics please???
I also wanted to get a phone diagnosis with you when she's here in town. Is this possible?

MoreThis is a reply to # 325,423since they ahve such different purposes in one's diet and health, there's really no comparing the two. Cream is best fermented as in creme fraiche, but regular cream has its uses. It's great for rebuilding and in preparation for sport. Olympic atheletes in ancient times would practically live on cream for a week prior to the games. Cream has the benefit of calcium. Butter is just fat and fat-soluble vitamins like A.

This is a reply to # 325,426Cool, that really helps. I was recently instructed to rebuild and stop cleansing. Ive been adding cream to my rice and mung beans because I like it better than butter. Seems to be doing me well.
