I think the best way to handle the estrogen/build muscle mass issue is to still take in a bit of flax oil (preferably as ground up flax seeds) because:
-the EFA's are SOOO important
-it's tough to find an EFA oil that doesn't ultimately have some kind of estrogenic properly
-at least ground up flax seeds aren't rancid.
Then what you want to do is to add several OTHER oils into your diet so you aren't relying so heavily on flax.
EVCoconut, cod liver oil, butter, cream/creme fraiche, olive, are all viable options, even lard if you cook with it without deep frying. I haven't started using lard yet, I wasn't raised with Southern cooking so I don't know HOW yet. ;)
