Candida Newbie
In the research I've done on candida, it says it often occurs with, or as a precursor to cancer. I've never seen any mention of anyone having cancer on this forum.
I'm a bit concerned because today I went to an allergist and he had me get blood tests for lymphoma and leukemia. When I asked for a percentage of the possibility I could actually have one of these, he said 20%.
I've found I am allergic to a host of foods, and a lot of them are the ones I've switched over to since going on the anti-candida diet 2 1/2 months ago. While I'm NOT allergic to seafood and beef, I am allergic to chicken, spinach, peas and about 25 other things. This flabbergasted me because this has formed the base of my anti-candida regimen.
While the pain and discomfort I initially had in my lower abdomen and prostate seem to be subsiding, my upper back and chest have been internally sore. He feels it's because of these
food allergies and the stress my diaphragm has been putting on me to breathe. I did a lung test and was breathing only at 73% of capacity. That's not the best. So I now have to take inhalants and allergy medication to get my breathing back.
I've a bit frustrated and depressed. It seems I've been able to start getting rid of candida, and now what else do I have? Cancer?
What are the other possibilities I could have with swollen lymph nodes?
This sucks.
