Rice is fantastic for dealing with diarrhea, especially rice water. You should first start with rice water. Cook rice with plenty of water, get rid of the rice and drink the water only.
First liquid only, with the kaopectate (for the pectin... this is why a Granny Smith apple a day is so advisabvle on candida diet). Rice water.... and you might want to drink some rice milk:

cook some rice with plenty of water, but this time do not get rid of the rice, put everything in the blender, blend for one ful minute, let sit (the grain will fall to the bottom... drink the liquid.

Carrot juice is delicious, but a little sweet, follow by just as much water. Any juice that tastes bad will taste better with a bit of carrot - again, follow with water.
Once you are better veggy soup. And SLOWLY start to eat a bit more solid.
Try to purchase some vitamins in the liquid form (the crystals that dissolves in water) ... but make sure they do not contain sugar, some of them do. THese will be easily absorbed. Look for vit. B and C especially and ideally Magnesium
