Geeeeeezzzz. That fresh hot aromous extra cheese pizza hut pizza my fiancee ordered last night around 11pm got the best of me. CAVE CITY!! Today would have been day 3, but instead I look at tomorrow as day 1 again and a new beginning. I didn't have the required amount of the lemonade yesterday which I'll not shirk on again. Been reading about the importance of getting all that down daily. I've noticed however that today I'm really not that hungry. I looked at that fresh baked chicken around noonish today and then didn't even want it. What's up with that????? I've NEVER done that in my lifetime!
Question: When you start your first day, do you do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) 1st thing in the morning on day one?
Also, I assume it's perfectly fine to go right back into day 1 mode tomorrow?

I'm pretty new at this, but from all the posts so far, you just keep going. Get in the lax tea tonight, and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) tomorrow morning and go for it. I honestly would go get all my supplies right now and then start so you don't add too much more stuff to your system. You can drink the lemonade anytime you want.

MoreThis is a reply to # 259,409Over time the *appestat* seems to get reset and your body is not reacting to the cues you are reacting to pre-fast. It does get better and you will really feel great when the control you are seeking is totally right there.
I went to a concert on my last fast and my boyfriend knew the band and we all got together after the concert and they all inhaled beer and fried catfish and chips and I dont even remember what all else...jambalaya stuff...it smelled sooo good, but I was at a point in my fast where slurping on lemonade was easy as pie.
You may find it hard to believe but you can do this!!!
