No, after eating a cleansing diet for one day and fasting one day, I would eat cleansing diet for another day following the simple rules, Eat light (not too much at one time), eat clean (nothing heavy, meaty, greasy), and eat slowly (chew foods well). My personal cleansing diet looks like this:
Fresh fruit/natural yogurt smoothie
Mixed salad dressed with good oil/lemon juice
Homemade vegetarian vegetable soup (like the stuff we break the
Master-Cleanse on)
I eat this way quite a bit, with the addition of small amounts of good protein (chicken breast, fresh fish), beans, whole grains, nuts, seeds (I like flax) and good oil. I also like to make fresh juices pretty regularly.
