Identifying and curing a
parasite infection can be trying and difficult.
The pictures you show were very small.
I would spend hours on google trying to identify possible infections to people.
It can be a challenge.
A lot of species of
parasites can cause skin issues and symptoms.
Most infections cause symptoms that are hard to pin down.
I myself had itches (Strongyloides), Wounds that would not heal, Hard callus nests of red worms, Neck wounds Strongyles, etc., and many more species in a dandy of a complicated infection.
I had more than a dozen infections that required a lot of tricks. I cured them one at a time, starting with flat worms, then white worms, then red worm infections.
I still have strongyles, but cured all the rest.
I have helped by teaching the treatments I used, and formulas I developed for each one.
A few years ago, I developed a leishmaniasis formula, after several in the BCC group had reactions.
Open skin wound pictures are on the internet.
I was testing pine needle, oregano, thyme oil capsules at that time. A combo oil cap that was developed out west by a sports clinic.
Thyme oil contains thyme resins, that turn to a white powder around the skin wounds.
Even my strongyles generate a white crusty patch when taking flax seed oil, from the flax resin.
Lately we have been testing myrrh oil for flatworms, there is a resin as well.
Over the years, the sequence of removal, how to deal with complicated infections, and help researching infections based on symptoms, reactions to meds (Challenge tests), and other diagnostic methods have been uncovered.
I Assume you have been tested for Lyme.
I assume you have tried a few things like Doxy.
Have you tried organic oils, There are many. Thyme oil caps? with daily yogurt.
Oregano oil, Red pine needle oil caps, Black cumin seed oil, wormseed oil, etc.
Look for clues that are out of the ordinary.
Trying nominal doses of natural cures and medicines is a great way to find clues.
I cannot tell you how many times people send me pictures of worms that come out of skin on some of the formulas.
Have you tried facebook groups? There are a few.
Complications of weird things also occur.
Bacteria, Yeasts, multiple nematodes, toxic metals, low essential elements, all can compound infections.
I had a gal just today that indicated Albendazole and Ivermectin calmed her ear worms.
I sent her a list of diagnostics for Rhabditiform stage or species worms. There were more clues than I would have guessed.
Between Ascaris(Stage), Larval Currens, Strongloides(Species), there are even hookworm rhabditiform stages.
Each infection uses a totally different formula.
Filarial stage or worms also can cause skin symptoms.
Old texts can be useful for ideas on organic oils, resins, and other clues.
Google books contain a lot of good reading.

Finding an infection by reverse engineering what works, or helps, is a bit daunting, but anything in a storm.
I hope you get a few clues that help you identify and cure your infection.
