thanks so much for the advice! i do feel i have a lot sitting in me at a time doing low carb--i guess that's the point to keep you "full." i used the "smooth move" tea the night before starting and last night, used the salt flush this morning. the salt flush didn't seem to have much of an effect. my friend who's done the Master-Cleanse
said his flush worked immediately. i wonder if i did it wrong? close to a liter of water, 2 tsp of salt. i premixed before bed so i could drink it as soon as i woke up.
do you think things will just take longer to get moving?
im really looking forward to getting back to a *healthy low Sugar
way of eating after the cleanse!
