you always make more out of what i have to say. so you were a tree of knowledge of good and evil to your children? does this make you godlike? there is none good but god. when the children of israel sold their brother into slavery, were they doing good? god used it for good. should they take credit for having made the saving of many souls possible? i dont think you have an answer for these things. the bible says that what people think is good is an abomination to the lord. he doesnt ask us to do anything we cant do. he told cain to do well. that word is very similar to good, even in the hebrew. read these scriptures. we are told what we need to know to figure it out.

Matthew 5:45
