If I understand it right, you would like to do all of this after 16 days of
Water Fasting ? :-)
That is called optimism !!!
Very dangerous idea!
At best, you will just faint before the end of mile 2, or while doing pushups and situps. Even worse, you may end up in a hospital, intensive care unit, severely dehydrated, with extremely low blood sugar, and extremely low electrolytes, causing damage to your kidneys.
At worse, you die.
If you think you can run two miles after 16 days of water only, try instead doing it today, after just 6 days, and see how it feels. It can especially be dangerous if you force yourself running uphill.
Listen to everybody else, stop your fast now, do proper re-feeding, and be ready for the test with a lot of energy, or you will fail the test.
I personally, would prepare for that test from today. I would start running today, one mile at a time. And, I would start drinking some fruit juice, like fresh watermelon, or fresh apple juice .
I is time to end spiritual development, and time to start physical development. That involves eating and running.
