I think I remember you saying you were doing
coffee enemas on another thread..?
Those are probably better than some of the other things you're doing.
FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) is good, castor oil packs are good.
If your kidneys are working well then the thing you need to focus most on is liver and gallbladder.
Liver Flushes are more effective than coffee enemas, except in the case where you have
parasites in the lower colon and
coffee enemas can help kill them there.
1 beet per day or equivalent in juice, lecithin, raw egg yolk, find your ayurvedic body type/diet. Probably
parasites involved too. The saunas will help pick up some of the slack but the action is in the liver.
Make sure to have lots of salt and hydrate if you're doing saunas.
Throbbing sensation there could be a lot of different things. If your adrenals are down those would be the first things to correct as the thyroid will not work properly without baseline adrenal function. Once the adrenals are working well then you gently support the thyroid and speed things up, but not too fast and overload any other system.
If both are working decently you can fall into the low calorie trap and suppress function by not eating enough simple sugars ie fruits, sucrose, or whatever your body likes, could be ice cream. The lymph stagnation is almost completely a kidney/liver issue. Toxic colon can be an endless burden on kidney/liver until you clean things out. Yea I suggest you find some sort of
Colon Cleanse that works for you, could be diet, herbs, p&b, enzymes, homozon, whatever you find that gets the junk out - including parasites.
Sweet fruits are great cleansers and usually will not add any burden to the system. Kill two birds with one stone and focus on sweet red papayas and sweet pineapple juice to get some parasites, figs and unripe mangoes for second place finishers.
