Sadly we have a world full of morons. Don't over exhaust yourself now. It is time to look for better options. It is not the end of the world. I am glad you have posted here, where we all are going through same situations. Adoption isn't that easy. If you are serious for adoption then adopt a baby from foster homes legally. Just by the way you can look for other infertility treatments such as IVF, Surrogacy. And moreover, you are more connected to child through these procedures. I have both of my children through surrogacy because I was not able to conceive either. They are living a normal healthy life. So give it a try. cheer up.

While I cannot know exactly what you are going through I can empathize. It must not be easy. What your sister did was not good. You are a very nice person to have given her child a home. Loved him as your own. I am sad to hear that you cannot have children as well. I myself know how bad that must feel. I had to have my uterus removed as well. It was horrible. You need to be strong however. Do not just give up hope otherwise it will never be fixed. As for getting pregnant there are other ways. There is adoption or surrogacy or IVF. A lot of other ways just explore these avenues and stay strong I have faith you will pull through.
