There are several possibilities as to what the long stringy things are.
Rope worms. There is a dispute as to whether rope worms are even parasites.
Flukes of unknown type.
Undigested food or even a build up on your intestinal lining.
When submitting specimens for posting here on CZ it is best to fish out the specimen with a plastic fork. Put it in a jar of warm water to remove fecal matter. Swish it around until it appears clean. Put it on a white paper plate and add a coin for scale. Then take a photo to post. I put dates on mine for reference. Some recommend trying to dissolve the
parasites with boiling water. If it dissolves, it's mucous. It it doesn't, it's parasites.
You have only begun a cleanse. Add in some garlic, beets every day, frozen cod liver oil capsules and even enemas or colonics. You also need something to destroy any biofilm. Some eat a lot of pineapple, others take bromelain caps between meals or use a product called Stone Breaker. There are multiple protocols as there are multiple infestations. Keep a journal and try adding one thing at a time.
