I know that also the mebendazole retention enema works very well for pinworms. You crush some mebendazole in some lukewarm water and add into the bulb enema. You can repeat these daily before going to sleep until symptoms get better, along with weekly pyrantel. This should completely relieve the itching. Enemas in general are extremely good, simply with distilled warm water and some
Sea Salt added. For your baby you might want to think about the mebendazole and use coconut oil instead which works well too, you can make suppositories and use them overnight, no harm to a baby. I have found
Colloidal Silver and simply salty water very useful for nose and sinus in general. I do that for my 2 year old as well and you can do also for your small baby. You need to use a baby nose vaccuum cleaner to remove the water along with anything that dies there afterwards. For yourself you can also take mebendazole orally daily for a while, you will probably have to order them online somewhere. I would not be surprised if you would find other worms along the way. Just keep going and you will succeed eventually. I recommend this blog which i have found very useful especially if you have small kids:
debugyourhealth.com (click on the tab 'parasites')
Babies unfortunately do get infected with all you might have in utero, which means that if you discover worms yourself you will need to treat your child for the same thing.
