Pinworms??

Hi there! Beginning of January I noticed my 2 year old son had these white things near his anus I took him in and mentioned pinworms to the dr she said he would be itching like crazy well they won't run any tests and just say "if you think it's something treat it" ... sounds like a really good plan! NOT! I have been dealing with this issue for about a month now.. I gave my kids Reece's pinworm medication and I took the albenza but my son continues to have this stuff by his butt! And I have a 4 month old which the Dr says can't take anything.. I know it isn't life threatening but it's stressful and I'm so drained and feel like I'm somewhat crazy now! Any input would be greatly appreciated
