Your choice is a good one. However, you MUST take selenium (selenomethionine) with your
Iodine or else you could get thyroid problems.
In addition, you should also take additional supplements recommended by Dr. Brownstein to help get
Iodine into your depleted cells and toxins out of your cells. When you are
Iodine deficient, the toxins of fluoride, bromide & chlorine take over the iodine receptors in your cells, resulting in the symptoms you have noted.
