I need to know what specific steps I need to take from here on out in the fight to regain my health.

I posted here before about my alcohol intolerance, anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, folliculitis, digestive issues, and a host of other symptoms.

I have come to the conclusion that I have a bunch of different things working against me here, but I want to approach this the right way.

For one, I probably have a candida overgrowth. I have yellow thrush all over my tongue and the presence of the fungal folliculitis and all of the other typical symptoms lead me to believe that I have it.

However, I think it is caused by other immune system deficiencies that need to be addressed first, most notably my liver. I understand that there's a certain order I should be going about things so I don't upset my symptoms further or have them return.

My plan as of now is this:

1). Change my diet. No alcohol, anything with yeast, sugar, or processed junk. I am currently 2 weeks sober and feeling much better already. I need help formulating this though. Should I just eat clean now or grab some probiotics too?

2). Get a general blood test and have my liver enzymes checked. Possibly testosterone too as I think mine is low.

Next, I think the best thing to do is to do some cleanses. Only thing is I was told to wait until 12 weeks of sobriety to do a liver cleanse so I figured in the meantime I can do a Bowel Cleanse and parasite cleanse:

3). Bowel Cleanse - not sure how to do this. Haven't done any research on it but read that it's necessary to do before a liver cleanse.

4). parasite cleanse - I want to make sure I have no parasites as I've had pinworms in the past. They are gone now, but I'm sure I have some other parasites lingering around. I want to do this before the liver cleanse.

5). Liver cleanse - I was told by Erik Bakker to wait until I was 12 weeks sober to do this. He didn't specify why but I trust his judgement.

6). Gallbladder cleanse - Might do this, might not. Need to do more research on it. Should I do it just to be safe?

7). Blood cleanse possibly? I don't know anything about this or if I even need to do it. Might as well do some research though.

8). More liver/gallbladder cleanse until detoxed?

9). Then attack the candida from it's core? Anything else?

My main concerns are getting my timeline straight and knowing when to do what. For example, when do I know that I have completely cleansed a certain organ and when should I move on to the next? Also, do I change my diet completely depending on what I'm currently treating at that certain time?

Hopefully someone can shed some light on my situation. Please don't hesitate to ask for more information if I didn't give a sufficient amount here.
