I want to post this in a separate thread as many of you have questions on what happens what cold be the process I need to follow etc.
This post helps to keep track of my body response and give more clarity instead of posting under the results of fasting. Some of you may share your own experience for everyone benefit.

Whenever I sleep or taking rest at home, healing crisis is triggering or healing well. Healing crisis include some of the old forgotten pains and discomforts in the body, plus emotional traumas. Once I get out and stat to do some work, I experience energy and freedom, and start to enjoy the same.
I feel the need to sleep more. I am dedicating most of the weekend for the same. After sleeping some time I feel refreshed, and sometimes old pattern of behavior – restless after sleep, restless after sleep, muscle stiffness after walking up.
But if I concentrate and start to experience love, joy and related feelings, my experience at a deeper lever and I could generate the feelings instantly after the fasting.
I am sure of my progress due to the freedom and strength in my muscles. At times it is confusing to conclude. Healing crisis in 2010 happened only based on high nutrition and it was very intense. This time it is trigered due to fasting, and I see I am able to keep up well with it due to good nutrition me and relatively mild. I am able to keep up emotionally well during confusing time frames due over all improved strength.
I believe this is mainly for few reasons – I kept on detoxing body and building health, plus I am taking good nutrition and no junk food at all. And I am able to enjoy positive feelings a lot.
I read somewhere if I give good nutrition to the body, the intensity of healing crisis would be low. Also good nutrition supports healing process better.
Reduced belly and fat or toxins: I must have lost about 4 to 5 pounds or about 2 kg of weight in 10 days – for 6 ft. or 183cm height I weight about 73 kg or 161 lb.
I have a request to all of you: Please ask me any questions that you feel one might experience during fasting and healing crisis. If I get present to the same.

Thanks Archus. As you suggested I will get my magnesium, vitamin d and iodine test.
I do consider long fast, as some experts suggested, I will slowly increase the duration of fast. When I consider long fast, I will go go Vipasana meditation for 10 days to deepen my spiritual expereince as well. (https://www.dhamma.org/en/about/vipassana).
During 10 days no communication, limited access to phone and email. I will chose a location that has best weather.
I will do so after I two or three 48 hour fasts.
Do you have any other suggestions Archus?
I ordered Epsom Salt, expecting delivery this week. This might help to reduce sluggishness in the muscles.
Continuing to share on my fasting experience:
1. Constipation started / increased. While having normal diet, after taking noni juice it eased a bit
2. Irregular sleeping pattern started. But I feel I am having deeper sleep / rest whenever I sleep.
3. Over all, muscle strength continue to increase, and muscle lumps in calf and below neck are almost gone.
4. 16:8 diet days are good for me: giving me good sleep, and the next day I feel more relaxed and comfortable, healing is happening better than 24 hours fasting days. (I am not sure if I am missing something here).
In the last 5 days it is mixed experience - sometimes I felt I was not progressing. After I clearly think, I started to feel the difference in my muscles, reduced anxiety levels, increased ability to control / divert inner anger and clearly process my thoughts and distinguish on what action I need to take, with less emotional burden on my body.
Now I am planning on my yoga sequences, will start any day.
Observation / Lesion learned: After 10 days of fast, to keep up with my body weight I ate more in less time, and also ate when I did not feel hungry during 16:8 fasting days. Prior to this, I ate only when I was hungry. I think eating more in less time caused slowdown in progress and also constipation.
Archus, do you have any suggestions on how should I plan or what should be my perception on this?
I am considering 48 hours fast this weekend. Or should I continue with 16:8 fast for few more weeks, build stamina, then increase my fasting duration.
This week I plan to do one day 24 hours fast and see instead of two days.
Can I drink Organic India Tulasi green tea during fasting time? If not, could you please give me a tip on the best time to drink the same.
Please suggest / comment.

This week I did not do 24 hours fast, but started to consume fruits only. I think I lost fear of fasting.
Now again I started to see the experience and results of first 10 days or before setback.
Now I can clearly see the path I need to follow for best results. I see my learning cycle time is relatively little in this case.
Relatively I feel weak due to low consumption of diet, on the other hand I feel lot of freedom in my body which never existed prior to this day.
Healing crisis:
Some of the old physical symptoms appear and go. Most of the times deep sleep is being observed. Very interestingly very deep and relaxed breathing started continuously after I started to eat only when I feel hungry, that too little.
Apart from physical symptoms, related emotions are also appearing. Sometimes I miss to understand the healing crisis and feel I do not want to live with these symptoms. But after I realize that this may be healing crisis, I just take rest by lying down on bed. The emotional distress and physical discomfort goes away and I fee refreshed and continue my day. The duration of rest is varying from few minutes to hours.
Again after some activity, the healing crisis starts. And I repeat the cycle again.

Dear All,
After my last post three months ago, I continued my learning and experiment with fasting. On Jan 17th I completed my second medium length fasting - 7 days. I see powerful health results.
Since the diet options I have in India are different than that of discussed in this forum I wanted to learn from the local experts. I found few in my region and took their suggestions. Their method of fasting is slightly different than I see in this forum. With their support I changed my diet, and followed the fasting programs.
I am inserting three mind maps of my experience, progress and summary of my two water only fastings for your suggestions and comments.
I am planing my next fastign in one of the local ashrams. I will continue to share my expereicne and the process followed.
