Hi ,
Even I had muscle and weight issues like you , but instead of whey ,rice protein and other formula that you mentioned is it possible to
eat say organic chicken or other hormone free meat?
I'll give you my protocol at the peak of my healing.
7 am : wake up , lemon in warm water, wheat grass
8 am
Essiac tea or pau'd arco tea (optional)
bathroom routine
9 am: lactulose,glutamine,vsl#3 probiotics
9:30 am: oat bran(not oat meal),chicken,organic eggs,veggies,bone broth
10 am supps : hcl,turmeric,ginger,zinc,vitamin c,omega3,enzymes,natural antifungals
1:30 pm Sachromyces boulardi,
2:00 pm : oat bran,chicken.eggs,bone broth,veggies
supps: same as morning except zinc
5:30 pm wheat grass/chlorella drink
6:30 pm
coffee enema (
Liver Flushes now and then)
7:30 pm :glutamine lactulose,probiotics
8 pm : oat bran,chicken.organic eggs,veggies,bone broth
sups:same as afternoon but no antifungals
11pm: p/b shake
Of course I have tried everything that you have mentioned and a lot more at one time or the other. The protocol above is just one of them.
But since you have specific hormonal issues I don't want to recommend anything in particular as I'm not aware of those situations.
I would be wary of long term B complex, selenium ,iodine although they are good in short term , You might want to work with a naturopath. Because very specific nutrients if taken for a long term can build up and might even be harmful. Things like vitamin c omega3 are not a problem however.
If you want to approach it more logically you might want to collect more data about yourself , like blood tests, hair mineral tests ,DNA tests etc . I'm not saying these are necessary but they increase your understanding of your body and help you make better decisions about which supplements to take or pick up any loop holes. Try to differentiate between die off and genuine harm that few supplements or your programme might be causing. Not everything is a die off.
Also multiple bowel movements in a day is an absolute must.
Look for people's stories who had similar issues like you and read their stories. (Try frostymug and whiteshark's posts)
If you have specific questions I will be happy to answer them.
