Juice fasting if it is fresh juice is very helpful, but it is peristalsis you need, not hydration alone.
the psyllium requires butyrate-producing probiotic bacteria to tighten up the gut wall.
I suggest butyric acid as a supplement or drops (can be bought from a fishing supply shop) to trigger the gut wall to tighten up, produce mucous and ship the P&B shakes on out the other end.
Magnesium insufficiency can also result in constipation on P&B shakes, especially if it's calcium
Bentonite you are using. Calcium and magnesium have a seesaw relationship- the more you intake of one, the more the other is pushed out.
They have a balanced relationship, ideally- one inside the cell, one outside the cell, interacting with eachother.
Magnesium oil (which is magnesium chloride flakes dissolved in water) spritzed on the skin is the very best way to balance that out.
There is an alternative
Bowel Cleanse that has been working quite well for me:

I have been able to use it interchangeably with the P&B shakes, though found the P&B shakes give a big boost in mood and joy. I've been low on calcium, where I live. Bentonite-containing cleanses are a mixed blessing, it does give dry skin, dehydration and can constipate, but it works well as an antiviral, wormbinder and toxic halide binder.
The SDAC (linked to above) provides more potassium, some silica, and saponins the achieve the same thing- and since it detatches biofilms on the spot through saponins, there it provides it's own lubricant. It doesn't provide butyrate though.
juicing would be a good therapy beside it too.
Saltwater flushing can push magnesium levels low, it also displaces magnesium in the body.
Low vitamin D3 levels are something you need to check up on. Without it you cannot absorb necessary minerals from your diet properly- especially magnesium!
Mg will be your friend while on the
Hulda Clark herbs, it helps balance out a lot of the detox symptoms that result.
black walnut hull &
Wormwood - full of natural iodines, which up the use of magnesium
cloves - full of manganese, which also displaces magnesium/speeds it's use in the body.
Dieoff of
parasites and parasitic microbes- needs alkaline minerals to buffer and pass them out of the body. (Magnesium, calcium, potassium, silica, zinc, boron and the like all help alkilize)
Personally I don't think the liquid route is ideal while
parasite cleansing, you need fiber and materials that will bind
parasite eggs on the way out- especially the
Bentonite or activated charcoal.
