Hi Kask,
first you should know a few Things.
Dry fasting is not a kind of fast that works well for every person. Some People have high toxic load and need water to Wash all the toxins out their bodies. Especially People who have history of using prescription medications or artificial hormones. Any fast can make you sick if you start the fast with unclean colon. You should always start any fast With very clean colon.
If you take water enema, and everything that comes out is clean water, than you know Your colon is clean.
Symptoms you just explained may also have a lot to do With Foods you ate when ending Your fast.
You should know Your body well, before jumping on eating Foods that may trigger similar symptoms.
For example, similar symptoms may be triggered by nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, in people who are intolerant to nightshades.
Another problem: You are treating Your toe from outside, when in reality, it is an internal problem projected just on your toe. You can not fix toe pain from outside.
Instead of treating Your toe, you should take a clean water enema, or a liver flush, as Your left toe is related to the function of Your liver.
You Write:
"I have had lemons and apples in some juices."
What if you are intolerant of lemons ?
Try eliminating all highly acid fruits and vegetables and any highly acid drinks like ACV, including all acid citrus fruit, and all acid nightshades like tomatoes and peppers.
And, consider a liver flush.
The pain in Your left toe is related to the liver meridian, and also spleen meridian.
Liver meridian is on the left side of your left toe, spleen meridian is on the right side of your left toe.
Google Charts of those meridians.
