hey!
thx for replying.
It was a saliva test actually and yes its been taken after my ovulation.
Protein ( amino acid wise) i m actually doing quite good. Well i m tracking or used to track my food on cronometer and it shows u the amino acids.
If one eats beans, lentils etc the amino acids r no big deal actually.
I ve also had experimental phases of taking vegan protein blends. Pea, brown rice and hemp protein mix.
Problems with animal protein is the high content of methionine which is known to play a role in cancer. developement.
Let alone animal cholesterol and most prolly hormones they ve either been treated with or which the meat contains by nature.
L tyrosine is a supplement i ve actually bought in the past but never took. Since i ve always reached the amino acid requirements. Also for L tyrosine.
But maybe i ll just take this package of L tyrosine and see where it leads.
I of course take Selenium. 200 mcg per day. Seleno Methionine since i ve started taking Iodine. And i also take Zinc because a plantbased diet is high in copper. I need about 15 mg of Zinc per day to level out the ratio of copper/zinc. I do that since 2 years minimum.
Also i take all the other co supplements needed for Iodine.
Magnesium Malate, Vitamin C, B2, B3...
also i take Boron, K2, D3, B12 (shots), Glutathione... and prolly some more that i forgot now. Oh yea i also take Omega3 (algae) ...
I did the breast painting in the first year of taking
Iodine but it didnt really help and was such a mess. So no... i dont do that anymore.
I just took
Iodine orally. First i took Iodoral for a few months and then
Lugols Solution 2% by J Crows (100mg per day)
About 2 months ago i ve started to make my own
Iodide solution. (yea only iodide....) since "usually" the body should be able to form
Iodine out of iodide. But right now i m also checking if that might be a reason for my re appearin Mastodynia (the fact of my body not being able to form iodine out of iodide... but i dunno yet)...
why i m thinking that my hormones r out of balance..
well i dunno... but something seems weird...
usually one reads online that estrogen dominance is the reason for PM S ... but in my fact (well at least judging by that one measurement) its rather a low estrogen level facing a pretty high progesterone level.
So... i just dunno whats going on.
Makes no sense so far... thats why i was hoping for someone to enlighten me
Also... back to vegan diet...
usually all ppl u ask say that they ve treated their PMS or thyroid issues WITH a plantbased diet.
I feel pretty alone with my problems . Since this is so unusual for plantbased eating women.
Thyroid wise.... hmmmmmmmm cant really say if i ve had low thyroid symptmoes since there r so many.
I ve had Ft3 and Ft4 tested once... i dont remember but one turnd out a bit low. Not below range but on the lower side. I d have to find my results to be sure.
After that i ve only always had my TSH checked all few months.
When i took less Iodine ( i ve had a phase of testing 12,5 mg for a few months last summer as maintenance dose) ... my TSH levels went straight up from 1,9 to 3,5 ...
as i higherd my Iodine to 100mg again it went down again to 2,1.
I dont think i m typical hypo. Feel wise.
When i read symptoms of whatever...
estrogen too low... progesterone too high...tsh too high etc etc...
only always a very few symptoms match with me... Which is prolly normal for most humans (like zodiacs....lhaha)
