1. Do you have depression?
2. Do you have thyroid issues?
3. Do you take any drugs/meds?
4. How old are you?
5. Are you a male or a female?
6. What is your diet like? Processed foods? Meats? Sugar?
7. Do you work with any chemicals?
8. Any other health issues?
Also for time being you can take Melotonin to fall asleep. To start with 100mcg pills and then increase it if needed more to fall alseep.
But you must find the root cause of your problem.
