Hi,

I'm new to cleansing but I've Mercury poisoning (removed Amalgams last year) and I'm thinking about doing chelation but before that I want to do some cleanses and make my body stronger. (I've lot lots of problems).

I know it's said to do a parasite cleanse with a colon cleanse, but I'm pretty scared of having one. I've already got the Humaworm and HuMacleanse herbs but I know I can freeze them.
I was thinking of doing a colon cleanse, then a kidney and liver cleanse. And then do a parasite and Colon Cleanse together when I feel better from the other cleanses. Would that be ok?
I don't want to get worse, life is pretty miserable as it is...

Any help would be great!
