Hi guys, first post here but I've been reading n browsing this site for many months now since I came across it.

I decided to post because I just came back after some beers with some mates and my gallbladder started to act up. I started getting pain on my gallbladder n stomache was starting to bloat. I got home and straight away started to down 3 full glasses of warm water n put some salt on the tongue and swallow it..

5mins later the pain went away!

Don't get me wrong n think that I've never done the olive oil, grapefruit, Epsom Salt flush. I've done more than 15flushes, it certainly does help to reduce the gallstone attacks etc BUT the one that totally improved my health is the consumption of 10 to 16 glasses of water n a pinch of salt to keep my salt level balanced.

When researching I came across the watercure by Dr Batmanghelidj n since its so easy to do n is almost free so I just increased my water consumption. By god did my health improve tremendously. My gallstone attack is very occasional and most of the time if it happens, I know I've just most probably drank lotsa beers or coffee and had peed most of the water in my body making my body in a state of dehydration and the brain starts to trigger "drought management" causing some organs in my body to deprive of water. In the Gallstones prob the gallbladder most probably is the one that gets not enough water to work with n then the attack comes.

Once I swallow large amounts if water n some salt, the pain goes away in 5-10mins. I've done this many times and noticed water does work so I am convinced that the body is just dehydrated and needs water to work well n my health to be up again.

So just my simple advice, drink minimum 10glasses of water (not juice,not coke,not coffee etc just plain water) per day to see your gallstone pain go away and if u do suddenly have an attack, firstly drink 3-4glasses of warm water n swallow a pinch of salt then wait for 5 to 10mins before deciding to move on to other remedies or resort to medications.

I hope my advice works cos I'm totally sold on Dr Batmanghelidj's watercure after experiencing it first hand myself. It is said to work for stomach ulcers, asthma, acid reflux n many other sicknesses cos the pain caused by these diseases are just our body telling us that we are dehydrated.
