I am sorry to say that it is pretty much impossible to lose 100 lbs in three months. Even if you would do a
Water Fast for that long (which would probably kill you) your body would correctly perceive that it is starving, slow down your metabolism and keep you from losing weight.
I don't understand what reason there could ever be to want to lose all of that weight in three months. For what, for whom would you make such a try?
One or two months is ok, with supervision, but you would not nearly lose as much as you want to. It is just too late in the game right now.
You shouldn't need to make such a desperate attempt anyway, but rather go for what is doable and possible without being willing to almost kill yourself for something or somebody else.
I know where you come from, I have been there myself and I know how painfull it is. I am saying the following with a lot of love:
I can tell you that others being impressed with any part/aspect of you, will not make up for lack of self love. Nothing happens by accident, you are in this situation for a reason, so that you may learn to love yourself and do so unconditionally. Once you really learn to do so, you will finally know what it TRULY means to be loved. You will be happy, fulfilled and whole.
I would recommend you read Dr. Bernie Siegel's book "Peace, Love and Healing". It has taken me out of the hell you may be in right now.
