Yeah... it IS sort of an iron kind of taste.
What makes it weird with the magnets is, you can still smell the Iodine when you go to drink, but it doesn't taste like it smells at all and you don't feel it in your stomach and throat. I only ever had it truly burn that one time when mixed with a starchy juice, but every now and then it sort of feels the same way a vodka drink might feel going down or something carbonated... not necessarily a burning sensation, hard to describe that too... but not with the magnets. It's like drinking plain water.

i think there is more than just taste improvement. i ran into a wall in my first year of supplementing at 300mg of Lugols in water. more than that was uncomfortable for me. thats when i tried the magnets. immediately i was able to go up to 600mg.

thats more than just taste, for sure.

women wanting relief from painful FBD or PCOS might do well to start with lugols. it has been proven effective. anyone fitting those categories and deciding to do Iodine for it might want to use SSKI 2% instead of lugols, i would reward such bravery with plenty of free SSKI 2% to experiment with.
